A maintenance clean is designed to keep a home, Airbnb, or commercial space consistently clean and well-presented between deeper cleans. It focuses on routine, high-impact tasks that maintain hygiene, appearance, and functionality. Maintenance cleans are efficient, predictable, and scheduled at regular intervals (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) to prevent buildup and reduce the need for intensive fixes later.

Standard Tasks Included:

Kitchen

• Wipe and sanitize countertops, backsplashes, and exterior of appliances

• Clean sink and fixtures; remove food debris and sanitize

• Wipe cabinet exteriors and handles

• Clean microwave interior and exterior

• Spot-clean cabinets and fridge exteriors

• Sweep and mop floors; spot-wipe spills and sticky areas

• Empty trash and replace liners

Bathrooms

• Clean and sanitize toilets, including base and exterior

• Clean and disinfect sinks, faucets, countertops, and vanities

• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

• Clean showers, tubs, and tile at routine level; remove soap scum and surface buildup

• Sweep and mop floors

• Empty trash and replace liners

Living Areas & Bedrooms

• Dust accessible surfaces: furniture tops, shelves, baseboards (reachable), picture frames, and electronics

• Straighten cushions, fold throws, and tidy visible clutter

• Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep/mop hard floors

• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

• Make beds (if linens are left out in a consistent location)

• Empty trash and replace liners

Entryways & Common Areas

• Sweep and/or vacuum entry mats and floors

• Wipe down light switches and high-touch areas

• Dust and spot-clean stair railings and banisters

Additional Routine Tasks

• Change standard-use bed linens when provided and agreed upon (service frequency must be specified)

• Spot-clean walls and doors (fingerprints and smudges)

• Clean interior glass and sliding doors (reachable areas)

• Tidy and organize lightly (maintain presentable appearance; not deep organization)

• Replace consumables if supplied and agreed (e.g., toilet paper, trash liners) — charges may apply

Exclusions (Typical)

• Deep cleaning tasks such as heavy grout scrubbing, oven interior degreasing, full refrigerator cleaning, extensive mold or mildew remediation, or pest control

• High dusting in hard-to-reach areas, ceiling fan blade cleaning above normal reach, or cleaning inside light fixtures (available as add-ons)

• Major organization projects or move-in/move-out cleans

• Exterior windows (outside), pressure washing, and carpet steam cleaning (available as separate services)

Customizations & Add-Ons (Available for an additional fee)

• Deep bathroom or kitchen detail clean

• Inside oven, fridge, cabinets, or drawers

• Interior window washing (full)

• Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning

Scheduling & Timeframe

• Typical maintenance cleans are scheduled as recurring appointments: weekly, biweekly, or monthly.

• Duration varies by home size, number of rooms, and service level; estimated times will be provided in your quote.

• Technicians follow a consistent checklist to ensure uniform quality and efficiency at each visit.

Quality & Supplies

• We use professional-grade cleaning solutions and equipment appropriate to surface types. If a client requests specific products (e.g., fragrance-free or eco-friendly), please notify us prior to service.

• Clients should secure valuables and communicate any special instructions or areas to avoid.

• If additional supplies are required during a service, technicians will notify the client; costs may be added to the invoice.

Discounts for Recurring Cleans We offer tiered discounts to reward ongoing relationships and predictable scheduling:

• Weekly recurring cleans: 15% discount off the standard one-time maintenance clean rate

• Biweekly recurring cleans: 10% discount off the standard one-time maintenance clean rate

• Monthly recurring cleans: 5% discount off the standard one-time maintenance clean rate

Additional Terms for Discounts

• Discounts apply only to regularly scheduled maintenance cleans and not to one-time add-ons or special deep cleans unless specified.

• A minimum initial service or setup fee may apply for new clients; recurring discount applies after initial service is completed.

• Cancellation or rescheduling policies apply; frequent last-minute cancellations may affect discount eligibility.

• Discounts are applied to the base cleaning fee before taxes and any negotiated extras.

How to Get Started

• Request a walk-through estimate or provide a brief description of the property size, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and preferred frequency.

• We will provide a written quote detailing tasks, estimated time, price, and discount for recurring service.

• Once scheduled, recurring appointments will be maintained at the agreed frequency; adjustments can be made with notice.
