  • Clean and sanitize all bathrooms: toilets, sinks, mirrors, tubs, showers, fixtures, and floors; replace used toiletries as directed.

  • Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces: countertops, sink, cabinet fronts (reachable surfaces), appliance exteriors, microwave interior, stovetop, and dining surfaces.

  • Dust and wipe reachable surfaces throughout: furniture tops, shelves, window sills, baseboards (spot), picture frames; straighten furniture and pillows; remove smudges on doors, switches, handles, and other high-touch areas.

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs; sweep and mop all hard floors; spot-treat stains as appropriate.

  • Strip used bed linens and pillowcases; make beds with fresh, host-provided linens and pillow covers; replace used towels with fresh ones.

  • Restock agreed guest supplies: toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee/tea supplies, and other host-provided amenities to the pre-arrival standard.

  • Check all light bulbs, HVAC settings, and basic appliances for proper operation; replace bulbs if included in service scope.

  • Perform a final visual inspection of each room to ensure cleanliness, correct staging, security (locked windows/doors where required), and guest readiness.

  • Report and document visible damage, missing items, maintenance issues, or any unusual conditions to the host or property manager with photos when available.
